WHY WE ARE BUILDING NAADI

Trisul first noticed the problem in his tax module at university. Tax was complex, dense, and difficult to grasp from textbooks and lectures alone. He spoke to Vahin about building something to help him learn it properly. Together they built a simple tool that answered tax questions, walked through case studies, and gave interactive breakdowns of each concept. It was initially built for Trisul to better learn tax.

It stayed that way until Trisul's summer internship at UWL. He saw the same frustration he had felt as a student, but at a completely different scale. Accountants spending hours on manual reconciliation and administrative groundwork before the strategic planning could begin. Work that required no specialist expertise, but still consumed most of an accountant's time and resources.

That was when it clicked. What he and Vahin had built to help one person learn could be repurposed to remove that groundwork entirely. The sorting, the classifying, the preparation, all of it automated. Accountants freed up to do the one thing that actually requires an accountant: strategic advisory and tax planning for their clients.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes, we are in early access. If you are an accountant, bookkeeper, or practice owner interested in NAADI, we would like to hear from you.

UK corporation tax is genuinely complex, and the tooling available to practices has not kept pace with that complexity. We built NAADI to close that gap, starting with the UK because it is the market we know best.

NAADI was built by the founders, Trisul and Vahin, who identified the problem first-hand working in and around UK accounting practices.
